TOP RATED NATUROPATH GOLD COAST
At The Good Joint, our naturopathic care is all about empowering you to feel better, not just be told you’re fine. We take a root-cause approach to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface — whether it’s burnout, gut issues, hormone imbalances or autoimmune flares.
Using a combination of herbal medicine, functional testing, nutrition, and lifestyle support, Zoe creates tailored treatment plans that are as practical as they are powerful. She works with everyone from high-performing athletes to chronically fatigued mums — and anyone else feeling fatigued with the healthcare system.
If you’re looking for natural, holistic health care on the Gold Coast, Zoe’s integrative approach will help you reconnect with your body and get back to living well — not just managing symptoms.

Areas of Expertise
Zoe is passionate about empowering her clients to take control of their health journey through education, support, and personalised care. Her clinical focus spans both performance optimisation and chronic health concerns — combining herbal medicine, functional testing, and nutritional strategies to uncover and treat the root cause.
Athlete Health & Performance
Zoe works with both recreational and elite athletes to support recovery, endurance, injury prevention and resilience. She understands the unique stressors placed on the body through high training loads and creates plans that support energy production, inflammation control, and immune health.
Mood & Behavioural Support
With a special interest in mental wellbeing, Zoe offers natural support for anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioural concerns. She explores the gut-brain connection, neurotransmitter balance, and nutrient deficiencies to improve mood, focus and emotional clarity.
Sleep & Energy Support
From burnout to insomnia, Zoe helps clients reset their circadian rhythm, reduce nervous system load, and restore sustainable energy. Her protocols support both physical recovery and cognitive function — ideal for anyone feeling wired, tired, or both.
Autoimmune & Inflammatory Conditions
Zoe works with a range of autoimmune presentations, supporting the immune system through gut healing, inflammation reduction, and herbal medicine. Her focus is on calming flare-ups and improving long-term quality of life.
Digestive Health & Gut Microbiome
Bloating, IBS, reflux, or an unpredictable gut? Zoe helps identify root causes through testing and thorough case analysis. She uses targeted herbal and nutritional therapy to rebuild gut integrity and balance the microbiome for long-term results.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – NATUROPATHY SERVICES
How do I book a naturopathy appointment?
Booking with Zoe, our in-house Naturopath, is easy. You can either call our friendly team on 0493 711 967 or request an appointment online here.
What does a naturopath do?
A naturopath uses natural therapies to treat the root cause of health issues, rather than just masking symptoms. Zoe combines herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle advice, and functional testing to create personalised treatment plans. Naturopathy is suitable for a wide range of concerns — from hormone imbalances and chronic stress, to gut health, skin conditions, low immunity, and more.
Do I need a referral to see a naturopath?
No referral is needed. You can book a session directly with Zoe, our clinical naturopath, without needing to visit your GP first. If you're seeking a natural, holistic health solution, you can get started straight away.
What happens during a naturopathy session?
Your first consult with Zoe is a deep-dive into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle and diet. From there, she’ll design a tailored naturopathic treatment plan that may include herbal medicine, dietary guidance, lifestyle support, and functional testing if needed. Every plan is specific to you and your body — no cookie-cutter advice here.
How long are naturopathy appointments?
Your initial naturopathic consultation is 60 minutes, giving Zoe time to fully understand your needs and begin building your treatment strategy. Follow-up sessions are usually 30–45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your case and progress.
Can I claim naturopathy through private health insurance?
Some private health funds do offer rebates for naturopathy under extras cover. While government policy changes have affected some eligibility, it's worth checking directly with your health insurer to confirm if you're covered. We provide detailed invoices for claiming directly.
Are naturopathy appointments covered by DVA or WorkCover?
At present, naturopathy is not covered under DVA or WorkCover schemes. However, many clients still choose to book privately as part of their wellness journey. We’re always happy to work alongside your GP or medical specialists if you're under a broader care plan.
Do you offer online naturopathy consults?
Yes — we offer telehealth naturopathy sessions for clients across Queensland and beyond. You’ll receive a secure video link for your session, and all recommendations, prescriptions, and testing referrals will be emailed to you afterward. Remote care with Zoe offers the same in-depth support as in-clinic appointments, with the flexibility of staying home.
