Group Training + Personal Training | Burleigh Heads

Our semi-private classes are practitioner-led sessions integrated into treatment plans or available as stand alone classes. Limited to a maximum of 6 participants, these sessions ensure focused attention from our practitioners.

Classes run for 45 minutes and are $30 per class. You can also purchase a 10 x visit class pass for $250 with no expiry.

  • Our Ground Up Mobilisation class is designed to enhance flexibility, tissue quality, and joint health using simple techniques you can apply yourself. You'll discover methods to release muscle tension through self-applied myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and specialised breathing techniques.

    This class is a great complement to professional treatment, helping to enhance and extend your results.

  • Our strong class is a female-specific class designed to improve overall strength, master exercise technique and promote recovery and joint health with a specifically structured workout to work on compound exercises, then move into accessory strength and finish with a mobility sequence.

    This class is a perfect introduction into weight training, in a supportive small female-only group.

  • Led by our Myotherapist Elsa, our Mat Pilates class focuses on strengthening often-neglected muscle groups.

    Unlike traditional gym workouts, Pilates utilises your own body weight as resistance, making it low-impact, injury-friendly, and suitable for all fitness levels.

    Elsa’s deep understanding of the body and injury prevention makes this class the perfect complement to any workout routine or a standalone practice

  • A blissful class designed to help you release tension and embrace deep relaxation. Through gentle breathwork, and soothing mindfulness practices, you'll be guided to unwind and decompress.

    Perfect for those seeking a peaceful end to their week, this class offers a moment for you to pause and restore balance.

  • Led by our in-house physiotherapist Victoria, our Release teaches you the benefits of using trigger balls and foam rollers.

    You'll learn effective techniques to release muscle tension, enhance flexibility and reduce pain sensitivity. You'll target key areas of tightness and discover new ways to relieve stress and discomfort.

    All equipment is provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Join us for a class your body will thank you for.
